Day 6 - Moidart to Mallaig

Some good winds for sailing saw us speeded on our way to Mallaig and an appointment with an outboard mechanic. We were lucky dodging the showers most of the way and again were treated to some amazingly vivid rainbows. Mallaig is a small fishing village with a relatively new yacht marina. Narwhal moored up, engine handed over to engineer, laundry done and wood-fired sourdough pizzas consumed, we could feel it was a productive stop in civilisation.
